Managing Institutional Documents

Documents

The documents section is where institutional documents are stored as part of the workflow and document delivery for onboarding a new student. 

Upload a New Document

To upload a new document to the system:

  • Navigate to the Profile page, click Documents
  • Click the Add button

  • Pull down the Kind selection box, select the document type to upload

  • Click Choose File, navigate to the location of the file to upload
  • Click the Upload button

Replacing a Document

To replace an existing document, navigate to the documents listing page:

  • Click the Update button on the document to update.
  • Click Choose File, navigate to the location of the file to upload
  • Click the Update button

 

Deleting a Document

To replace a document, navigate to the documents listing page:

  • Click the Update button on the document to update.
  • Click the Delete link
  • Click OK to verify the deletion
